Hot Weather Shipping
We check the weather before we ship. All shipping of heat sensitive products to destinations where the temperature is 70º or above must be shipped overnight and have dry ice. When hot weather shipping is required, we will contact you immediately.
Return Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Do not accept a broken package. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on food items or sale merchandise. All merchandise returns must be accompanied by sales receipt. Store credit only. Credit must be used in 30 days.
You must call or e-mail for a return merchandise authorization number. All returns are freight prepaid by the client. Unless Rose’s Chocolate Treasures has made an error in order processing or shipping, shipping charges will not be refunded. All products must be returned in the original purchase condition. Important: returned orders with missing items, used or broken merchandise will not be accepted.
