chocolate treasures. Come in for a visit
and customize a very personal chocolate assortment for her in our rose keepsake
boxes. If you’re in a rush, pick up one
of our pre made boxes that has a flavor guide printed right inside. You can also spoil your dear mother with our
tins of drinking chocolates, our chocolate coffees, chocolate lotions and other
lovelies, even antique chocolate art. And Happy Mothers Day

Bon Bon!
Once again,
we have created something new for you to enjoy.
Our new bon bon has a milk chocolate shell that is filled with a creamy
milk chocolate strawberry ganash. This
new treasure is very delightful and yummy.
Our new
Strawberry bon bon has replaced our milk chocolate apricot bon bon. Although you won’t find the apricot in our
case anymore, you’re more than welcome to custom order that flavor. Simply give us a call with about three days
notice, other custom work is also welcome.

Tasting
Join Rose’s Chocolate Treasures as we take your taste buds on a tour of
our award winning Bon Bons! Starting
with our exotic savory chocolates and pairing each one with the next, we will
work our way through 20 of our most popular flavors. Join us at 6pm on Friday
and Saturday nights at our shop in the Pike Place Market. The tasting is $15 a person and will be
narrated by the lovely Miss Vie. Feel
free to organize your own group of four or eight guests and set up a privet
tasting.

Cheese
Festival
May 16th
– 18th Pike Place Market will be hosting the annual Cheese
Festival. You can taste over 200 different
cheeses; attend educational seminars and other events throughout the
Market. Rose’s Chocolate Treasures will
also be adding to the festivities. Here
at our shop in Post Alley we will be hosting a special tasting, pairing our
delightful savory chocolates with artisan cheeses from Beechers Cheese. Please join us at 6pm on Friday the 16th,
Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th. Reservations are encouraged and the tasting
will be $15 a person.

Chocolate
Cheese Ball
1 pkg. 8oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Confectioners Sugar
3/4 cup Rose’s Dark Chocolate
3/4 cup Cacao Nibs
Chocolate Graham Crackers
Beat softened cream cheese,
butter, & vanilla until creamy. Slowly add sugars until blended. Stir in
chocolate chips. Place mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and form into a
ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.

Place Market Street Festival
On Saturday
May 31st and Sunday June 1st Pike Place Market will be
having their annual street festival!
Come on down and enjoy all of the Markets festivities, and visit us in
Post Alley. We will have a tent up
outside of our shop, and be serving our homemade ice cream, praised by the
Seattle Times food critics as one of the 25 things not to miss in the
Market!
